Los niños que acuden a la fundación se caracterizan por presentar problemas de conducta como desinhibición emocional, irritabilidad, agresión. El enfoque utilizado fue cognitivo conductual, el eje de sistematización fue estrategia motivacional para atender problemas de conducta en niños. La finalidad de este trabajo es garantizar que los niños y niñas promuevan al máximo sus capacidades emocionales, sociales y morales mediante un ambiente de afecto y estimulación a través de la implementación de estrategias motivacionales para la regulación de la conducta. El trabajo de titulación tiene base fenomenológica, con metodología cualitativa, con método de análisis interpretativo y de contenido, instrumentos utilizados como informes, entrevistas, técnicas de observación y bibliografías. En la reflexión crítica se evidenció que un factor causal en la conducta inadecuada del grupo de estudiantes objeto de estudio, que generaban problemas conductuales de comportamiento agresivo entre pares y hermanos, distorsión de conceptualización de violencia, en el que individualmente interpretaban que golpearse era parte de la relación interpersonal se relaciona con problemas familiares. Se concluye que la sistematización permitió obtener la experiencia del desarrollo de estrategias motivacionales las cuales permitieron modificar la conducta de los niñosThe present work titled Systematization of the Styles of Parental Socialization of beneficiary families of the CDID was born from the project Prevention and Integral Attention directed to the woman, family and couple in crisis. The purpose was to contribute to the theoretical reflection on the importance of parental styles in the development of family harmony, for that reason it worked with the parental styles axis, identified in families of children who assist to Juanito Bosco Community Center, which include: Negligent and permissive. There are parents who establish rules based on the reason and strength, variable sensitivity to the needs of their children, difficulty to listen to and giving advice. Methodologically, the research phenomenological and qualitative type that allowed the description of parental styles. The information was collected through review of evaluation reports of the family system, sociodemographic files and logs; interpreted from the contributions of the systemic approach. From the reflection, it is considered that the negligent and permissive styles influence negatively on the self-esteem of the children and the feelings they have about their parents, styles that in the long term can harm the family harmony; since they are part of a vulnerable population, exposed to situations of poverty, racism and crime. As a conclusion and considering the systemic approach, the family maintains bidirectional relationships that cause reciprocal effects. That is to say that in front of authoritarian, indulgent and negligent parents, we will obtain disobedient and dominant children.
