Se investigó cómo los docentes llevan a cabo la introducción de técnicas inclusivas dentro del aula de clases, siendo estos un rol significativo en la enseñanza, la manera en la que exponen sus ideas y la forma en la que aprenderán mejor. Se podría decir que en la actualidad existen carencias muy importantes en la forma de comprensión de los estudiantes. El propósito de la propuesta realizada es lograr que los docentes desarrollen técnicas nuevas e inclusivas para el estudiantado, Con el fin de aportar al mejoramiento de cada uno de ellos, en el nivel de noveno grado de educación básica. En conclusión, mediante esta investigación se busca que tanto docentes como estudiantes tengan una mejor conexión educativa, que desarrollen un aprendizaje que sea significativo para aplicarlo a lo largo de su carrera estudiantil, teniendo en cuenta los niveles de inclusión dentro de la unidad educativa con los que el educando pueda contar y sentirse inmerso y acogido tanto por sus compañeros como pos parte de las autoridades. Se recomienda que el docente deba enfocarse en nuevos proyectos e ideas que despierten el interés del estudiante, logrando así obtener mejores resultados en el aprendizaje significativo.The present research emerges as a problem in the educational field in the area of Language and Literature, developed from the levels of learning in the students of the educational unit Cabo Vicente II Rosero. We investigated how teachers carry out the introduction of inclusive techniques within the classroom, these being a significant role in teaching, the way in which they present their ideas and the way in which they will learn better. It could be said that at present there are very important shortcomings in the way students understand. The purpose of the proposal is to enable teachers to develop new and inclusive techniques for students, in order to contribute to the improvement of each of them, at the ninth grade level of basic education and with this achieve a better cognitive level in the area of Language and Literature, making this way the student feels pleasant and satisfying and that in turn develop new interests in learning this subject. In conclusion, this research seeks to have both teachers and students have a better educational connection, to develop a learning that is significant to apply throughout their student career, taking into account the levels of inclusion within the educational unit with the that the learner can count on and feel immersed and welcomed by his peers as well as being part of the authorities.
