Objetivo: Describir el tratamiento de la recromía dental del diente número 13 afectada con alteración del color. Caso Clínico: paciente se sexo femenino con 58 años de edad acude a la consulta manifestando inconformidad por uno de sus dientes debido a cambio de color, el diente número 13 presenta tratamiento de conducto con diagnóstico de necromia, se realizó apertura con una fresa redonda diamantada, se localizó la entrada del conducto radicular eliminando ionomero de vidrio, limpiamos con suero fisiológico, utilizando un plugger con su punta caliente al rojo vivo se retiró 2 mm gutapercha hasta el límite amelo-cementario, el siguiente paso fue rellenar y colocar como tampón radicular ionomero de vidrio, se aplicó quelante modificando así la técnica empleada, limpiamos con suero fisiológico y se aplicó una bolita de algodón medicado con el agente aclarador, todo este procedimiento se lo realizo en 3 citas, discromía dental es una alteración del chrona dental, su tratamiento es la recromia, es necesario la aplicación de este tratamiento por su alto impacto estético, se utilizó para este caso en específico opalescence endo de la casa comercial Ultradent, el tratamiento se lo califico como exitoso, la paciente manifiesta tranquilidad y seguridad al sonreírThe problem is centralized in the psychosocial and aesthetic, there are different causes in relation to this problem, in the different investigations that were carried out in this work, it was found that they provide an important record in relation to this chromatic alteration.
