Este tema tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la importancia del camping como espacio no solo de recreación, sino de esparcimiento, lo que involucra no solo de forma directa al dueño del espacio de estudio, sino también de manera indirecta a la población de la comuna. El problema que se apreció en el lugar es la falta de emprendimiento y de desarrollo turístico en el lugar, lo que ocasiona la perdida de estos terrenos, que son ideales para un proyecto factible en el presente y en el futuro. Como objetivo general de la investigación es analizar el potencial turístico que cuenta la hacienda “El Cerrito”, para el diseño de un área de camping, que contribuya al desarrollo del lugar. La metodología que se utilizó está enfocada en la investigación documental y de campo, se desarrolló las técnicas requeridas en la misma como es la entrevista, la observación para la realización de una encuesta cuyo muestreo probabilístico, siendo el número de involucrados 384 personas que constantemente utilizan los medios de transporte que van con destino a la península de Santa Elena. Como propuesta el diseño de un área de camping dentro de la hacienda “El Cerrito”, cuyo propietario es el Sr. Sgto. Manuel Rosado López, lo que permite fortalecer los diseños y materiales que se utilizará en el lugar, aprovechándose los espacios ya edificados dentro de la misma.This work has qualifications as a research priority Designing a camping area at the ranch "El Cerrito" commune Buenos Aires belonging to the canton Santa Elena, through the implementation of tourism strategies in the environmental field in 2016. This theme aims to publicize the importance of the site as a space not only for recreation but recreational, which involves not only directly to the owner of the studio space, but also indirectly to the population of the commune. The problem is appreciated in the place is the lack of entrepreneurship and tourism development in place, causing the loss of these lands, which are ideal for a feasible project in the present and in the future. The general objective of the research is to analyze the tourism potential available to the hacienda "El Cerrito" for the design of a camping area, contributing to the development of the place. The methodology used is focused on the documentary and field research, the techniques required in the same as the interview was conducted, observation for a survey whose probability sampling, the number of involved 384 people who constantly use means of transport that are bound for the Santa Elena peninsula. As proposed designing a camping area inside the hacienda "El Cerrito", whose owner is Mr. Sgt.
