Como resultado, muchos estudiantes necesitan ayuda para desarrollar sus habilidades auditivas y lograr una comprensión del idioma satisfactoria. En particular, los estudiantes de Noveno Grado de la Escuela John F. Kennedy, ubicada en la Isla Puna, han sufrido las consecuencias de esta falta de recursos, afectando significativamente su capacidad para aprender inglés de manera efectiva. Por eso este proyecto se enfocó en desarrollar un audiolibro que les permitiera aprender y sumergirse en el idioma de una manera accesible y entretenida.Listening skills are essential for learning a foreign language, as they allow students to understand spoken language and improve their pronunciation. Unfortunately, many schools in remote areas need more resources to teach English effectively, including internet connectivity and adequate teaching materials. As a result, many students need help developing their listening skills and reaching satisfactory language comprehension. In particular, the Ninth Grade students at John F. Kennedy School, located on Puna Island, have suffered the consequences of this lack of resources, significantly affecting their ability to learn English effectively. That is why this project focused on developing an audiobook that would allow them to learn and immerse themselves in the language in an accessible and entertaining way.Universidad de Guayaquil.
