Si estas exceden los recursos que el propio entorno aporta o que el individuo es capaz de generar, la persona experimenta estrés. La finalidad de esta investigación es dar a conocer de qué forma incide el estrés y cuál es el desempeño laboral en la empresa privada Neirasolven. El tipo de investigación es cuali-cuantitativa con un diseño de investigación no experimental y los métodos a emplear son el deductivo-inductivo, analítico-sintético y el hipotético-deductivo. Para este trabajo se plantearon diversos objetivos los cuales permiten manejar de forma clara y concisa la idea central del proyecto, cabe destacar que los resultados serán obtenidos mediante entrevistas, encuestas y test formulados a 22 colaboradores de la empresa mencionadaStress is seen as a reaction of the body to the demands of the environment. The purpose of this research is to make known how stress affects and what the job performance is in the private company Neirasolven. The type of research is qualitative with a non-experimental research design and the methods to be used are deductive-inductive, analytical-synthetic and hypothetical-deductive.
