Los método de investigación empleado en el presente trabajo principalmente es el bibliográfico y analítico ya que da la facilidad de analizar las diferentes opiniones de las recopilaciones bibliográficas. Los resultados ortopédicos del Bimler C los podemos apreciar por completo en el lapso alrededor de un año. Existen muchas consecuencias que se pueden derivar de las mordidas cruzadas anteriores y las podemos clasificar en locales, estructurales, funcionales y posturales. Para el correcto diagnóstico es necesario un examen clínico y un correcto estudio cefalómetro para así poder desarrollar un tratamiento acertado que permita la correcta solución de la mordida cruzada anterior. Se puede concluir que el Bimler c es un aparato ortopédico dinámico funcional, estimulante del crecimiento del maxilar superior. La presente investigación se lleva a cabo con el fin de mostrar el manejo, uso y funcionalidad del Bimler C en pacientes pediátricos, así también para brindar un ejemplo de estos casos a los Odontólogos Generales, Odontopediatras y Ortodontista ortopedistas, también para mostrar el cambio de la remodelación óseo y proceso a los pacientes, siempre esperando una respuesta satisfactoria de parte del aparato ortopédico. The objective of the Bimler c is to be able to handle and correct an anterior crossbite in a pediatric patient through an orthopedic by treatment stimulating the growth of the maxilla. The research method used in the present study is mainly the bibliographic and analytical one since it permit us analyze the different opinions of the bibliographic compilations. The orthopedic results of the bimler C can be fully appreciated in the lapse of about a year. There are many consequences that can be derived from the previous crossed deaths and can be classified in local, structural, functional and postural. For an adequate diagnosis, it Is necessary to have not only a clinical examination but also a cephalometric study. This entire procedure is necessary to develop an accurate treatment that allows the right solution for the anterior crossbite. It can be concluded that the Bimler c is a dynamic functional orthopedic device, stimulating the growth of the maxilla. The present investigation is carried out in order to show the management, use and functionality of Bimler C in pediatric patients, as well as to provide an example of these cases to General Dentists, Pediatric Dentists and Orthopedic Orthodontist.
