La gestión archivística y los nuevos procesos estructurales organizativos.

La gestión archivista es un proceso, que ha existido durante mucho tiempo, y al igual que con muchos ámbitos administrativos ha ido evolucionando, y han surgido nuevas tecnologías, que permiten que este sea muy eficiente, este proyecto tiene como objetivo, precisamente regular este proceso con la finalidad de transferir y recuperar la información en formatos digitales, de acuerdo a las normativas y técnicas a partir del estudio bibliográfico, estadístico y de campo con enfoque al diseño de una guía estructural, la población que se utilizó para llevar a cabo esta investigación, fue el personal del Ministerio de Trabajo, la información se recolecto por medio de encuestas, y mediante una entrevista aplicada al Experto en Secretaria General, gran porcentaje de los encuestados recalca la importancia del manejo digital de la gestión archivista, también consideran significativa la implementación de una guía práctica, que permita llevar el proceso de manera ordenada y sistemática.
