Tiempo atrás, no existía una ley que regulaba y velaba por los derechos de los seres vivos, en el año 2018, ésta empezó a tomar rigor en el país; minimizando en la comunidad el maltrato, descuido y abandono de aquellos. Para la realización de esta investigación se trabajó con los docentes y estudiantes de la Facultad, analizando sus criterios, asimismo, el punto de vista de un especialista veterinario. Se aportó con datos recolectados a través de una investigación exploratoria y bibliográfica, además, al aporte de métodos y técnicas como encuestas y entrevistas. Esto se implementará a través de campañas comunicativas utilizando la plataforma zoom.he objective of this investigation is to validate the Organic Law of Animal Welfare (LOBA) within the facilities of the Faculty of Social Communication, leaving in view the importance that this has for domestic beings that roam in an evicted and unstable environment. Long ago, there was no law that regulated and ensured the rights of living beings, in 2018, it began to take effect in the country; minimizing in the community the mistreatment, neglect and abandonment of those. To carry out this research, we worked with the teachers and students of the Faculty, analyzing their criteria, as well as the point of view of a veterinary specialist. Data collected through exploratory and bibliographical research was provided, as well as the contribution of methods and techniques such as surveys and interviews.
