Se buscó información acerca del tema desde el enfoque sistémico de Katz y Kahn y también información sobre los tipos de instrumentos y formas de aplicación, se profundizó en el proceso de construcción y aplicación de estos, vistos desde la experiencia y la teoría con el fin de identificar los errores y aciertos del proceso. Se concluyó que los instrumentos que fueron aplicados carecían de una validación científica debido a la falta de información en cuanto a la construcción e investigación de instrumentos. Se identificó también errores al momento de la aplicación, como falta de audio al momento de la transcripción de la entrevista, horarios no recomendables para la aplicación de cuestionario, sin embargo también hubo algunos éxitos como el reconocimiento de las autoridades por la labor y por la aportación a la empresaThis work had as its main axis the analysis of the instruments applied in the study of the internal organizational communication from the area of the human resources of Interagua with the objective of determining the validity of the instruments used for this study. Information was sought from the systemic approach of Katz and Kahn and also information on the types of instruments and forms of application, it deepened in the the process of construction and application of these, saw from experience and theory to purpose in order to identify errors and the success of the process. It was concluded that the instruments that were applied lack have scientific validation due to the shortage of information regarding the construction and the investigation of instruments.
