El objetivo de la sistematización fue comprender más profundamente las experiencias vividas en el periodo de prácticas pre profesionales; el objeto a sistematizar es el trabajo realizado con los estudiantes del 4° EGB de la escuela Minerva en el periodo lectivo 2016 – 2017; El enfoque es de tipo cualitativo con un diseño de investigación acción, el alcance de la investigación es explicativo, se utilizó el método analítico y de observación durante todo el proceso de la práctica; las técnicas utilizadas fueron entrevistas a padres y docentes, observación directa e indirecta, análisis documental de fichas y registros estudiantiles y FODA del departamento de consejería estudiantil, informes de docentes; instrumentos: cuestionarios de entrevistas, test aplicados tale, figura humana, Raven especial, Bender; se realizaron actividades como: refuerzo en dictado y escritura, conciencia fonológica, lectura, actividades lúdicas, talleres con docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes; se mejoró el desempeño académico de los estudiantes en las asignaturas que presentaban vacíos así como también se creó un ambiente motivador entre los docentes, padres de familia y los estudiantes: se logró la satisfacción entre estudiantes, padres de familia, docentes, personal del DECE y los practicantes del quinto año de la carrera de Psicología.The present systematization work raised information about the motivation and its relation to study habits.
