No obstante, en la ciudad de Guayaquil existe una limitada producción de crepas elaboradas con ingredientes que resulten beneficiosos para el organismo. Por ello, esta propuesta consiste en desarrollar un plan de negocios enfocado en la producción y comercialización de crepas dulces a base de harina de soya. Siendo la finalidad incorporar la harina en mención a esta receta de origen francés. Donde el resultado sea la obtención de un producto de calidad, rico, nutritivo, novedoso y asequible. Una parte del menú estará compuesto por crepas dulces donde constan 6 alternativas, cuyo valor será de $2,50. Por otra parte, estarán las crepas especiales, las cuales se caracterizan por contener más ingredientes en el relleno y sabores particulares, cuyo precio será de $3,00. A su vez, mediante la encuesta realizada, es posible constatar que el 86% de los encuestados están dispuestos a adquirir este producto con tales características. Adicionalmente para sustentar la viabilidad de esta propuesta se llevó a cabo un plan financiero, donde el indicador del valor actual neto indica un criterio positivo hacia esta inversión. Asimismo, se refleja el 22% como tasa interna de retorno. De manera que, se evidencia la factibilidad para la ejecución de este plan de negocios.The gastronomic industry is immersed in the product called crepes with a wide variety and different types of fillings. However, in the city of Guayaquil, there is a limited production of crepes made with ingredients that are beneficial to the body. Therefore, this proposal consists of developing a business plan focused on the production and marketing of sweet crepes based on soy flour. The purpose is to incorporate the flour in mention of this recipe of French origin. Where the result is the obtaining of a quality, rich, nutritious, innovative, and affordable product. A part of the menu will be made up of sweet crepes where there are 6 alternatives, whose value will be $2.50. On the other hand, there will be the special crepes, which are characterized by containing more ingredients in the filling and particular flavors, whose price will be $3.00. In turn, through the survey carried out, it is possible to verify that 86% of the respondents are willing to acquire this product with such characteristics. Additionally, to support the viability of this proposal, a financial plan was carried out, where the indicator of the net present value indicates a positive criterion towards this investment. Likewise, 22% is reflected as the internal rate of return.
