Este trabajo tiene como objetivo facilitar la necesidad de forma óptima, para mejorar los procesos de acuerdo al requerimiento, proponiendo el desarrollo de una aplicación WEB y a su vez el socio pueda acceder a la información sin necesidad de ir a la institución. Con la implementación de este proyecto, es tratar de lograr reducir tiempo de repuesta, ofreciendo información veraz en la brevedad posible, sin depender del personal del Dpto. Administrativo ni de horarios de funcionamiento de la Institución. Los requerimientos de los socios son aprobados por la cooperativa, mediante la aplicación, en donde la aplicación está desarrollada con herramientas de programación web, la modalidad que utilicé para la investigación, es de proyecto factible, para luego desarrollar un programa web que se ajuste a las necesidades del mercado y genere beneficios a los socios y a nuestra economía.The present work is developed to provide optimization of care and service provided to members of the Cooperative Transport terrestrial buses PERLA DEL PACÍFICO information to display corresponding to the different processes taking place in the Cooperative Transport buses PERLA DEL PACÍFICO; ie requirement according to your needs using latest tools. This work aims to facilitate the need optimally to improve processes according to the requirement. Proposing the development of a web application and in turn the partner can access the information without having to go to the institution. With the implementation of this project is to work towards reducing response time, providing accurate information in as soon as possible, without relying on the Administrative Department staff or hours of operation of the institution. The requirements of the members are approved by the cooperative, through application, where the application is developed with web programming tools.
