La metodología fue mixta, de alcance descriptivo-correlacional, corte transversal, y no experimental; haciendo uso de encuestas para la medición de cada variable, siendo el desempeño laboral evaluado desde la percepción de los colaboradores y del jefe de área. Los resultados indican que el clima organizacional obtuvo un puntaje de 93.9, igual a un 84.82 % de la puntuación máxima; dentro del desempeño laboral, la encuesta hacia el jefe de área obtuvo un puntaje de 246, equivalente al 82%; los colaboradores obtuvieron un promedio de 225.2, equivalente al 90.1%. Como discusión, se evidenció que ambas variables de estudio se encuentran en niveles aceptables favoreciendo el bienestar laboral, sin embargo, se observaron factores externos e internos que no permitieron alcanzar un mayor puntaje.The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the employees of the accounting area of Empresa Fish Ecuador. The methodology was mixed, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional, and non-experimental; usin surveys to measure each variable, being the work performance evaluated from the perception of the employees and the area manager. The results indicate that the organizational climate obtained a sco of 93.9, equal to 84.82% of the maximum score; within the work performance, the survey to the area manager obtained a score of 246, equivalent to 82%; the collaborators obtained an average of 225.2 equivalent to 90.1%.
