La metodología de investigación empleada es la de estudio de campo y se utilizaron técnicas de investigación tales como: la entrevista y la observación directa, mediante lo cual se permite identificar aquellas actividades relacionadas con ineficiencia en la gestión administrativa de la empresa, esto está representado con un Diagrama Causa/Efecto. Se logró identificar la duplicación de ciertos roles, la falta de atención a otros. Como parte de la propuesta a estas problemáticas se identificó la necesidad de implementar un sistema de inducción para el personal y el diseño del manual por procesos, lo que permitiría definir las actividades y su ámbito de responsabilidad en la gestión administrativa. el documento permite conocer el costo/beneficio, este indica que por cada dólar invertido la empresa se beneficiaría con $6,23 dólares.The purpose of this work is to make a proposal for improvements to theadministrative area of the construction company MIRCIAS S.A. The research methodology used is that of field study and research techniques such as interview and direct observation were used, through which it is possible to identify those activities relatedto inefficiency in the administrative management of the company, this is represented with a Cause/Effect Diagram. It was possible to identify the duplication of certain roles and the lack of attention to others. As part of the proposal to address these problems, the need was identified to implement an induction system for the personnel and the design of a manual by processes, which would define the activities and their scope of responsibility in administrative management.
