En el año 2015 el índice de desperdicio se cerró en un 6.47% equivalentes a $122.000 dólares. En el mes de Septiembre de este mismo año iniciamos el desarrollo de la metodología Lean acompañado de un cronograma de actividades el cual se desarrolló en el transcurso de los últimos 3 meses de este año los mismos que estaba conformado por las siguientes etapas: Preparación, Diagnostico, Diseño, Planificación, Implementación y la última etapa de Sostenibilidad o Control empezó a ejecutar a partir del año 2016. La efectividad implementación de este proyecto brindo los resultados esperados debido a que mes a mes los índices de desperdicio disminuían cerrando el año 2016 con un porcentaje de desperdicio del 4.5% equivalentes a $117.000 dólares, generando desde luego a la compañía una alta eficiencia en sus procesos productivos y la mejora de los costos de conversión en sus productos de papel.The main objective of this work was to reduce paper waste in the Hygienic machine production line sincro 2 which originates in the different sections that it has, through the application of the methodology Lean Manufacturing and its tool Kaizen which means Continuous Improvement. In 2015 the wastage rate closed at 6.47%, equivalent to $ 122,000 dollars. In September of this same year we began the development of the Lean methodology accompanied by a schedule of activities which was developed in the course of the last 3 months of this year which was made up of the following stages: Preparation, Diagnosis, Design, Planning, Implementation and the last stage of Sustainability or Control began to run from the year 2016. The effectiveness of implementation of this project provided the expected results because month by month the rates of waste decreased closing the year 2016 with a percentage of waste of 4.5% equivalent to $ 117,000 dollars, thus generating the company a high efficiency in its production processes and the improvement of conversion costs in its paper products.Universidad de Guayaquil.
