La pregunta que se propuso resolver en este documento fue ¿Cuáles fueron los niveles de estrés identificados en los colaboradores de una agencia bancaria en la ciudad de Guayaquil?, que a partir de las fuentes de información seleccionada, como entrevistas de estrés laboral; aplicación del Inventario de Estrés; y guías de observación, se logró evidenciar que los niveles de estrés experimentados por los colaboradores de Cajas, están en un nivel medio y leve, siendo las mujeres de esta población quienes experimentan un estrés medio, mientras que los hombres, un estrés leveThe present degree work "Measurement of stress levels in the collaborators of a bank agency in the city of Guayaquil" has been elaborated from the qualitative methodology of systematization of experience, descriptive level, under a hermeneutic approach that allows the description of the phenomena glimpsed in the experience as they happened. The question proposed to be solved in this document was: What were the levels of stress identified in the collaborators of a bank agency in the city of Guayaquil?
