Todos los accidentes son registrados por el departamento de Recursos Humanos pero no se realizan seguimientos del porque de estos, en base a esta situaciones se ha tomado la decisión de realizar el estudio de factibilidad en el cual la empresa pueda Implementar un Sistema de seguridad e higiene industrial. El estudio de campo realizado utilizando herramientas de análisis como el Método Gretener y cuadros estadísticos de accidentes ocurridos durante un periodo de tiempo y los datos obtenidos bajo un análisis Costo-Beneficios, se ha determinado realizar la creación de un sistema de seguridad e higiene industrial, ya que habiendo un profesional que tenga conocimiento de seguridad industrial este puede implementar procedimientos y controles para evitar accidentes e incidentes.
