Sector que se ha visto afectado por la construcción de dicho paso debido a que en la actualidad este genera una alta demanda de circulación peatonal y vehicular los cuales han incrementado la necesidad de espacio para los visitantes que son los estudiantes católicos y moradores del sector. Por esta razón la necesidad de hacer un estudio y el diseño para este sector con la finalidad de ayudar a mejorar los espacios existentes, aumentar el espacio peatonal y contribuir al desarrollo organizado de la comuna del Barrio San Pedro, de manera que repotencie el comercio del sector. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se tomarán en cuenta los modelos análogos obtenidos en el desarrollo del proceso de investigación, las visitas al sitio y las necesidades de sus habitantes que en conjunto con los visitantes facilite la búsqueda de soluciones a los problemas del sector.The present degree work "Study and design of the special plan for the San Pedro neighborhood, Guayaquil canton, 2021.", aims to regenerate the existing spaces near the vehicular entrance with the UCSG. Sector that has been affected by the construction of said passage because it currently generates a high demand for pedestrian circulation which has increased the need for space for visitors who are Catholic students and residents of the sector. For this reason, the need to carry out a study and design for this sector in order to help improve existing spaces, increase pedestrian space and contribute to the organized development of the Barrio San Pedro commune, in a way that boosts the commerce of the sector.
