Comprender es decodificar, entender los contenidos de un texto que en realidad es importante en el proceso educativo. La metodología en la que se sustentó este estudio es cualitativa y cuantitativo para optimizar el desarrollo del estudio que en si pretende aportar a la comunidad en general. La población con la que se va a realizar el estudio es de 174 estudiantes quienes son el eje principal ya que a través de ellos se logra ahondar en la problemática que existe en la Unidad Educativa Vicente Rocafuerte, las técnicas de investigación e instrumentos aportaron significativamente para el desarrollo del estudio de carácter educativo, con ello recopila la información necesaria, para analizarla respetivamente y brindar una solución que esté acorde a los requerimientos de los discentes, pues son el eje central del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. La aplicación móvil está enfocada a los estudiantes de octavo año de educación general básica con la finalidad de que cuenten con un recurso tecnológico innovador que aporte al desarrollo de las actividades áulicas diario y con ello mejorar la comprensión lector ad e los actores pedagógicos quienes deben de desenvolverse eficientemente en este mundo competitivoReading comprehension is of great relevance today, as it favors the understanding of the different contents of the area of Language and Literature. Understanding is decoding, understanding the contents of a text that is really important in the educational process.The methodology in which this study was based is qualitative and quantitative to optimize the development of the study that in itself intends to contribute to the community in general. The population with which the study is going to be carried out is 120 students who are the main axis since through them it is possible to delve into the problem that exists in the Vicente Rocafuerte Educational Unit. The research techniques and instruments contributed significantly to the development of the educational study, thereby collecting the necessary information, to analyze it respectfully and provide a solution that is consistent with the requirements of the students, as they are the central axis of the teaching process learning.
