Luis Alfredo Molina Arroyo” public high school. It is necessary to point out the key problem is related to poor distinction of short sentences and basic words in oral way. Moreover, Data obtained from the present research was useful to prove the feasibility of this work. it was applied different methodologies to achieve research results such as field and bibliographical investigation. The survey and interview were tools employed to obtain the opinion of school community members to seek the most feasible solution in benefit of those L2 learners by developing proper techniques and listening activities using E-Learning resources including multimedia activities according to new learning modality helping learners improve their communication in English language in a significant way.El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es examinar la influencia de las plataformas de aprendizaje basadas en juegos en el reconocimiento de sonidos de vocales cortas para desarrollar la habilidad auditiva en estudiantes de Primer Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa “Gral. Escuela Luis Alfredo Molina Arroyo”. Es necesario señalar el problema principal está relacionado con la mala distinción de oraciones cortas y palabras básicas en forma oral. Además, los datos obtenidos de la presente investigación fueron útiles para probar la viabilidad de este trabajo. Se aplicaron diferentes metodologías para lograr resultados de investigación como investigación de campo y bibliográfica. La encuesta y la entrevista fueron herramientas empleadas para obtener la opinión de los miembros de la comunidad escolar para buscar la solución más factible en beneficio de los alumnos de L2 mediante el desarrollo de técnicas adecuadas y actividades de escucha utilizando recursos de aprendizaje electrónico, incluyendo actividades multimedia de acuerdo con la nueva modalidad de aprendizaje, ayudando a los alumnos a mejorar. su comunicación en idioma inglés de manera significativa.Universidad de Guayaquil.
