El objetivo de esta investigación es destacar la importancia de la actividad física recreativa y al aplicarla mejorar el estilo de vida de los niños con presencia sintomatológica de TDAH. El objetivo general busca diseñar manual de actividad física recreativa en niños de 1 a 3 años con presencia sintomatológica de TDAH. Los métodos utilizados en este trabajo fueron: científico, estadístico, observación. Los tipos de investigación aplicados fueron: de campo, no experimental y con un enfoque cuantitativo. Con esta investigación se busca que todas las instituciones de desarrollo infantil tengan un profesional de la actividad física, para que pueda aplicar la actividad física recreativa con procesos pedagógicos, metodológicos y así poder desarrollar las habilidades y destrezas motrices de manera correcta en los niños con presencia sintomatológica de TDAH.The present investigation deals with recreational physical activities in children from 1 to 3 years old with ADHD symptomatological presence. The objective of this research is to highlight the importance of recreational physical activity and by applying it to improve the lifestyle of children with ADHD symptoms. The general objective seeks to design a recreational physical activity manual for children from 1 to 3 years of age with symptoms of ADHD. The methods used in this work were: scientific, statistical, observation. The types of research applied were: field, non-experimental and with a quantitative approach.
