El enfoque cognitivo conductual permitió la identificación e interpretación de los pensamientos y emociones que se manifestaban en la conducta de las parvularias. Si bien es cierto el proceso de aplicabilidad debe ser organizado y controlado, el análisis correcto del contexto basado en la recogida de información juega un papel fundamental para que a futuro en los resultados no se omitan variables importantesIn the present elaboration of the work, it is directed towards the pre-professional practices, having systematization as a methodology, the population with which we worked were the kindergartens; visionary people, distrustful and disappointed by the online modality, arising out of doubt seeks to answer if the techniques used for the detection of situational stress risks were relevant in their application, the interview, the swot and the hierarchy of needs are taken as the main objective of this research.
