| spelling | Análisis y reestructuración del área de mantenimiento utilizando la técnica TPM del Hospital de Salinas Dr. José Garcés Rodríguez.Lascano Espinoza, Arnaldo Mc EvoySISTEMAS ORGANIZACIONALESMANTENIMIENTO TOTAL PRODUCTIVOSALUDFALTA DE ESPACIO FÍSICOEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de la situación actual del hospital Dr. José Garcés Rodríguez del cantón Salinas, para encontrar los principales problemas y dar soluciones a ellos, a través de este análisis se encontró que uno de los principales problemas es la desorganización del departamento de mantenimiento, por falta de una estructura que está acorde a los requerimientos para el uso adecuado de los equipos, la solución que se plantea en esta tesis consiste en la implementación de un programa TPM (Mantenimiento Total Producción), con el cual se intenta mejorar la eficiencia en la operación y reparación de los equipos que conforman el sistema de aclimatación y así alargar la vida útil de todo el equipamiento. La metodología utilizada para la realización de este trabajo es el método científico investigativo, con la ayuda de las siguientes técnicas: entrevista a trabajadores, diagrama de Pareto para encontrar el problema principal, Matriz FODA para diseñar estrategias que nos permitan afrontar los problemas o aprovechar las fortalezas del hospital, la técnica del Ishikawa, para detectar los problemas en función de los recursos utilizados en el proceso. Luego de haber planteado los objetivos principales de esta tesis y de aplicar las técnicas en el análisis de la situación actual, los resultados obtenidos a través de este trabajo de investigación, fue reducir las pérdidas en un 10%, con una inversión de $12380.25 en la planificación, que de acuerdo al estudio se lo recuperará en 2 años y con un beneficio anual de $15600.00. Para finalizar se debe gestionar e implementar la reorganización del departamento de mantenimiento, para que sea operativo y óptimo en las funciones que tiene que desempeñar en esta área, ya que es un sistema básico en la operación del centro de saludThis paper aims to conduct a study of the current status of hospital Dr. Jose Garces Rodriguez Salinas Canton, to find the main problems and provide solutions to them through this analysis it was found that one of the main problems is the disorganization of the maintenance department, for lack of a structure that is consistent with the requirements for proper use of equipment, the solution proposed in this thesis is the implementation of a program TPM (Total Production Maintenance), with which trying to improve the efficiency in the operation and repair of equipment that make up the system and so acclimatization extend the life of all equipment.
