Es una investigación de tipo cuali-cuantitativa; y según su finalidad fue la bibliográfica y de campo, y de acuerdo con su objetivo gnoseológico es de tipo descriptiva, explicativa y propositiva; dentro de los métodos de investigación teórica se utilizó el de análisis síntesis, inductivo deductivo e histórico lógico; y como métodos empíricos usados están las entrevistas y encuestas; lo que se conoció es que hay necesidad de que exista una guía con las diferentes herramientas que expliquen su uso como tal.Collaborative work within the online class has been affected by the handling of the different existing technological tools, which is why the main objective is to analyze the incidence of technological tools in collaborative learning in eighth-year students of Education.
