A través de la virtualidad, se ejerció la labor docente con el fin de generar la educación dentro del contexto pandémico. Por medio de una investigación cualitativa de diseño fenomenológico que tiene por objetivo explorar los aspectos que hicieron posible o no la adaptabilidad en la educación virtual, se evaluó a una muestra de 10 docentes quienes expusieron sus vivencias durante la transición y avance de la situación de pandemia experimentados en el contexto actual, de los cuales se logró obtener que los sentimientos negativos predominaron y el nivel de adaptabilidad no precisamente dependía del estado emocional de los candidatos evaluadosThe present degree work responded to the question: How has the adaptability to virtual education been produced by the teachers of the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil? Through virtuality, the teaching work was exercised in order to generate education within the pandemic context.
