Su finalidad es la de describir las estrategias mencionadas, para mejorar la experiencia y profundizar en el conocimiento del tema. Se emplea una metodología cualitativa, bajo la modalidad de sistematización experiencias con un diseño de investigación fenomenológico empírico, y como fuentes de información se utilizó la entrevista, matriz de logros, registros de observación, informes y planificaciones. En la reflexión crítica se estableció que las estrategias de enseñanza que incluyen reforzadores y recompensas son efectivas para la modificación conductual de niños autistas, permitiendo reducir comportamientos disruptivos. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la modificación conductual es efectiva para cambiar comportamientos estereotipados y aportar a su estimulación temprana en el tratamiento del trastorno autistaThe present systematization of experiences presents as a theme the teaching strategies applied in the behavior modification in children with autism of the Center “Decifrar, having as a central question: Which were the teaching strategies applied in the behavior modification of children with autism of the Center “Decifrar”? Its purpose is to describe the aforementioned strategies, to improve the experience and deepen the knowledge of the subject. A qualitative methodology is used with an exploratory research design, and as sources of information the interview, achievement matrix, observation records, reports and planning were obtained. In the reflection it was established that teaching strategies that include reinforcers and rewards are effective for behavior modification of autistic children, managing to reduce disruptive behaviors.
