La investigación se presenta en cuatro capítulos, en el primero se plantea el problema para luego fraccionarlo y estudiarlo mediante una técnica de aplicación denominada árbol del problema, luego de esto, se plantean los objetivos para finalmente realizar la justificación de la investigación, en el segundo capítulo se detallan las bases legales, la exploración bibliográfica, esquematización de definiciones, conceptualizaciones y teorías que desglosen a las variables dependientes como a las variables independientes, teniendo como resultado una base de investigación con información sólida y veraz. Prontamente, en el tercer capítulo se mostrará la metodología a aplicarse donde se expresa el tipo de investigación y las diferentes técnicas de recopilación de datos, este sistema permitirá determinar y detallar los elementos que los restaurantes deben cumplir para que puedan ser contemplados como accesibles, posteriormente se diseña un informe estadístico con sustento al estudio realizado en los establecimientos de restauración que estén presenten dentro del catastro turístico del GAD Municipal del cantón Guayaquil y que formen parte del área de estudio, en este caso Guayarte. En el cuarto y último capítulo, con un paisaje despejado sobre la situación de la accesibilidad en este sector de la ciudad se expondrán los resultados obtenidos donde se muestren las consideraciones que se tomaron en cuenta para la ejecución de este trabajo de investigación. Se procura ofrecer una conclusión fehaciente que aporte a la modificación estructural de los restaurantes de Guayarte como establecimientos accesibles y que de esta manera beneficie a la inclusión de los grupos vulnerables.Analyzing accessible tourism in the restaurant of Guayarte citadel in the city of Guayaquil is the objective of this degree work. The investigation is presented in four chapters, in the first one the problem is presented, then divided, and studied by means of an application technique called the problem tree, after this, the objectives are proposed to finally carry out the justification of the investigation, in the second The chapter details the legal bases, the bibliographic exploration, definition schematization, conceptualizations, and theories that break down the dependent variables as well as the independent variables, resulting in a research base with solid and truthful information, Soon, in the third chapter, the methodology to be used will be shown, where the type of investigation and the different data collection techniques are expressed, this system will be able to determine and detail the elements that restaurants must comply with so that they can be considered as accessible later A statistical report is designed based on the study carried out in the catering establishments that are present within the tourist cadaster of the Municipal GAD of the Guayaquil canton and that are part of the study area, in this case Guayarte citadel. In the fourth and last chapter, with a clear landscape on the situation of accessibility in this sector of the city, the results obtained will be presented, showing some considerations that were taken into account for the execution of this research work.
