Para ello se realizará un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, se recogerá información mediante trabajo de campo con un análisis de todas las operaciones realizadas en la empresa, esto nos facilitará un registro y análisis estadístico de la información, así mismo el proceso de indagación mediante encuesta, permite hacer mediciones de tipo cualitativo y cuantitativo, los que serán analizados posteriormente mediante la aplicación de las técnicas analítico-estadísticas correspondientes. Se propondrá el plan de acción con las acciones correctivas pendientes de ejecutar resultantes de la evaluación comparativa. Se propondrá la aplicación de procedimientos inexistentes que se requieran en el sistema de seguridad industrial. Luego de esto es necesario evaluar las mejoras, el impacto sobre el área de trabajo y si de hecho son factibles y efectivas las medidas.In this study, it was proposed a Safety Industrial Improvement System in the Call Center Company in order to verify and check that there are no disadvantages that affect the resources involved in the production process, identifying risks and evaluating it to take corrective actions and to reduce the maximum allowable, the risk of accidents. To do an analysis of the current situation of the company will be held, information will be collected through fieldwork with an analysis of all the operations in the company, this will give us a record and statistical data analysis, likewise the process of inquiry by survey, allows qualitative and quantitative measurements, which will be analyzed further, by applying the appropriate analytical and statistical techniques. The action plan with outstanding corrective actions resulting from running benchmarking is proposed. Nonexistent application procedures, required in industrial safety system, will be proposed.
