Se detectarán las problemáticas que provoco las condiciones actuales de la pandemia en la educación, obligando el cambio de las metodologías de enseñanza y aprendizaje, para ello se identificara las fortalezas y debilidades del teletrabajo y sus herramientas para dar continuidad a la educación y poder tomar acciones que ayuden a contrarrestar el impacto de la problemática. El enfoque de esta investigación es de carácter cuantitativo por el hecho que se utilizaran herramientas de análisis estadístico como lo son las encuestas, el cual fueron realizadas a una muestra de 156 participante entre docentes estudiantes y padres de familia, con los resultados de las mismas, se determinó que el impacto del teletrabajo ha sido positiva demostrando su utilidad y beneficios para poder dar continuidad a la educación y estabilizar el mercado laboral en el área educativa.This research work aims to analyze the effect or impact that generated the implementation of teleworking by the pandemic Covid-19 in the workplace of the particular educational institutions in the south of Guayaquil. It will detect the problems that caused the current conditions of the pandemic in education, forcing the change of teaching and learning methodologies, for it will identify the strengths and weaknesses of telework and its tools to give continuity to education and to take actions to help counteract the impact of the problem. The approach of this research is quantitative in nature by the fact that statistical analysis tools are used as are the surveys, which were conducted to a sample of 156 participants among teachers, students and parents, with the results of the same, it was determined that the impact of teleworking has been positive demonstrating its usefulness and benefits to provide continuity to education and stabilize the labor market in the educational area.Universidad de Guayaquil.
