Se realizó el planteamiento del problema, para lo cual se desarrolló de este estudio aplicando la metodología de la investigación descriptiva, la que permitió seleccionar una muestra para la realización de un estudio de la demanda. Además, se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos, mediante encuestas dirigidas a los moradores del sector que permitieron justificar los objetivos y la hipótesis del proyecto. Finalmente se planteó la propuesta de creación de la microempresa con un capital inicial de $16.064,01, de los cuales el 3% serán aportados por los socios y el resto será financiado. Se realizó el correspondiente análisis económico y financiero que ayudaron a determinar los índices como el de rentabilidad, financiación para la puesta en marcha y la estructura organizacional del negocio.The objective of this degree work is to carry out a feasibility study for the creation of a micro business that will be established in the Garay neighborhood in the city of Guayaquil, which arises from the need for accounting and tax advice, being one of the first businesses that will be established in the sector, in order to provide such services to companies and individuals efficiently. The problem statement was carried out, for which it was developed from this study by applying the descriptive research methodology, which allowed selecting a sample to carry out a demand study. In addition, data collection techniques were used, through surveys directed at the residents of the sector that allowed justifying the objectives and hypothesis of the project. Finally, the proposal for the creation of the microenterprise was raised with an initial capital of $ 16,064.01, of which 3% will be contributed by the partners and the rest will be financed.
