El eje de la sistematización es el proceso de evaluación del síndrome de Burnout, el objetivo correspondiente es reflexionar sobre la evaluación del síndrome de Burnout en trabajadores de una empresa de publicidad, y el objeto es la evaluación del síndrome de Burnout. La metodología de la sistematización de las experiencias, es de tipo cualitativa ya que relate la experiencia del autor para lo cual se utilizó el instrumento del Maslach Burnout Inventory. Mediante las entrevistas posteriores se pudo establecer que las causas principales identificadas por los entrevistados fue la sobrecarga laboral y la falta de apoyo de los superiores, una causa personológica común a los sujetos con síndrome de Burnout fue una baja tolerancia a la frustración y un mal manejo del estrés, lo que corresponde a una personalidad con recursos adaptativos limitadosThis degree’s paper is based on experiences systematization from practices in the human resources area in DGMC Ecuador S.A., an advertising business. The systematization´s edge is the Burnout Syndrome evaluation process, the objective corresponding is thinking about the Burnout syndrome evaluation in workers from an advertising agency, and the object is the burnout Syndrome evaluation. The experiences systematization methodology is of a quality type, because the author narrates her experience, for that purpose it was administered the Maslash Burnout Inventory.
