LTDA., este proyecto ayudara a mantener el inventario de la organización a nivel que exista un stock suficiente en el tiempo necesario y lograr atender la demanda del cliente, y así evitar que busquen la competencia; para ello se determinó la cantidad óptima de importación justo a tiempo, usando el modelo de cantidad económica de pedido, recolectando información en base a los pedidos que se han realizado meses antes al estudio, con esta metodología se pretende determinar los momentos exactos para la reposición de los accesorios que sobresalen en las ventas del almacén, mediante un proceso analítico, investigativo y de campo se identificó que no existe conocimiento con respecto a un método de inventario en el área administrativa, y se observó que no se hace el respectivo estudio de mercado para saber cuál es el verdadero requerimiento del consumidor, basado en el estudio se recomienda capacitar a los departamentos involucrados en realizar los pedidos a los distintos proveedores para tener el respectivo conocimiento del caso, y así poder optimizar los pedidos y mantener el nivel de inventario en la compañía.The present titling work proposes to implement a method that allows to reduce the sales losses, due to the lack of products in the company DIZAMBRO C. LTD., this project is going to help to maintain the inventory of the organization to the level that there is a sufficient stock In the necessary time and manage to meet customer demand, and thus avoid seeking competition; for this purpose, the optimum amount of import was determined just in time, using the economic quantity of request model, collecting information based on the orders that were made months before the study, with this methodology it is tried to determine the exact moments for the replacement of the accessories that excel in the sales of the warehouse, through an analytical, investigative and field process it was identified that there is no knowledge regarding an inventory method in the administrative area, and it was observed that the respective market study is not done to know what the true requirement of the consumer, based on the study is recommended to train the departments involved in ordering the various suppliers to have the respective knowledge of the case, and to be able to optimize the orders and maintain the level of inventory in the company.Universidad de Guayaquil.
