Esta carga laboral excesiva impacta negativamente en el bienestar emocional y el desempeño en el aula, subrayando la necesidad de estrategias para mantener el control del entorno educativo. Aunque todos los docentes experimentan niveles similares de estrés, sus métodos de afrontamiento varían, lo que destaca la importancia de adoptar estrategias efectivas. Se destaca la necesidad de mejorar los recursos tecnológicos para facilitar el logro de los objetivos educativos. Para el análisis de caso, se utilizó un enfoque metodológico cualitativo descriptivo con diseño fenomenológico, contando con la participación de 4 docentes. Se realizó un estado del arte a nivel internacional y local, se aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada y un Cuestionario de Estrés Laboral OIT-OMS. By exploring this case analysis, it is evident that overload and pressure are the main triggers of stress in teachers, attributed to organizational deficiencies such as lack of planning and technological resources. This excessive workload negatively impacts emotional well-being and classroom performance, underscoring the need for strategies to maintain control of the educational environment. Although all teachers experience similar levels of stress, their coping methods vary, highlighting the importance of adopting effective strategies. The need to improve technological resources is highlighted to facilitate the achievement of educational objectives. For the case analysis, a qualitative descriptive methodological approach with phenomenological design was used, with the participation of 4 teachers. A state of the art was carried out at an international and local level, a semi-structured interview and an ILO-WHO Work Stress Questionnaire were applied.Universidad de Guayaquil.
