El objetivo del siguiente del siguiente trabajo fue sistematizar la fase de planificación del programa de prevención y promoción de riesgo y consumo de drogas del proyecto “Por un Buen Vivir” dirigido a adolescentes de ciertas Instituciones Educativas, el cual tuvo como objetivo, concientizar y sensibilizar a los adolescentes sobre el uso y consumo de drogas. Nuestro eje de sistematización tuvo como finalidad detallar los logros y dificultades presentadas en la planificación del programa. Uno de los logros obtenidos fue haber desarrollado cinco talleres de prevención y cinco de promoción. Así mismo, una de las dificultades se debe al factor externo debido a la negación de ciertas instituciones para aplicar el programa. La metodología de nuestro trabajo fue la sistematización de experiencias con un enfoque cualitativo; la cual permitió recuperar y aprender de las experiencias vividas. Como reflexión crítica, tenemos que el programa se apegó a los constructos teóricos propuestos por diferentes autores que explican cómo se debe planificar un programa de prevención y promoción, excepto que, no se cumplió con el paso previo que era la recopilación de datos objetivos de la población a quien va dirigida y la identificación de recursos, factores de riesgo y factores de protección. Por lo que se recomienda que se pueda modificar el programa para que este sea efectivo en su totalidadA reality that adolescents live in Educational Institutions is that not all of them carry out a program of prevention or promotion against the use and abuse of drugs. The next objective of the following work was to systematize the planning phase of the prevention and risk promotion and drug use program of the "For a Good Living" project aimed at adolescents of certain Educational Institutions, which aimed to raise awareness and sensitize to adolescents about the use and consumption of drugs. Our aim of systematization was to detail the achievements and difficulties presented in the planning of the program. One of the achievements was to have developed five prevention workshops and five promotion workshops. Likewise, one of the difficulties is due to the external factor due to the denial of certain institutions to implement the program. The methodology of our work was the systematization of experiences with a qualitative approach; which allowed to recover and learn from the experiences lived. As a critical reflection, we have that the program was attached to the theoretical constructs proposed by different authors that explain how a prevention and promotion program should be planned, except that the previous step was not met, which was the collection of objective data from the population to whom it is addressed and the identification of resources, risk factors and protection factors.
