Las herramientas permitieron inferir que el estilo de liderazgo distribuido es el más propicio al momento de llevar a cabo la construcción participativa pues permite a los equipos directivos obtener una visión holística para establecer, guiar y monitorear los quehaceres de cada estamento de la comunidad escolar. Con el fin de recolectar la información necesaria para la investigación que para este trabajo fue catalogada como descriptiva, transicional de campo. La técnica de recolección de datos utilizada fue la encuesta y el cuestionario que arrojaron los resultados deseados.The main purpose of this project is to carry out an exhaustive study on the educational leader as an agent of change in the administrative and pedagogical aspect of the Huancavilca educational institution located in the city of Guayaquil province of Guayas, which was based on the different theories of Educational leadership of Bernard Bass (1997), Pittinsky (2009) and Cheng.Y.Cre (2011) among others. The tools used allowed us to infer that the style of distributed leadership is the most conducive when carrying out participatory construction because it allows the management teams to obtain a holistic vision to establish, guide and monitor the tasks of each school community. In order to collect the necessary information for the research that for this work was cataloged as descriptive, transectional field.
