Por otro lado, la gestión tributaria, es un procedimiento administrativo mediante el cual las organizaciones participan como contribuyentes en el pago de las obligaciones fiscales. En el presente proyecto de investigación se busca determinar la posible relación existente entre la cultura organizacional y la gestión tributaria de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, segmento 3. La información que será documentada en el presente proyecto no solo será de apoyo proporcionando antecedentes y nuevos horizontes para las futuras investigaciones que se realizarán en base a las variables presentadas sino también que será un punto de partida sobre el entendimiento del uso del modelo Schein de cultura organizacional que se conforma de tres niveles, en el siguiente orden: los artefactos, los valores compartidos y los supuestos básicos. Por lo que, los resultados que se presentarán en dicha indagación serán de gran utilidad para ampliar el conocimiento sobre la potencial precedencia que tiene la cultura organizacional de estas organizaciones sobre su gestión tributaria.In recent years, organizational culture has had great weight as an internal indicator of companies. On the other hand, tax management is an administrative procedure through which organizations participate as taxpayers in the payment of tax obligations. This research project seeks to determine the possible relationship between organizational culture and tax management of credit unions, segment 3. The information that will be documented in this project will not only be supportive by providing background and new horizons for future research that will be carried out based on the variables presented but also will be a starting point on the understanding of the use of the Schein model of organizational culture that is made up of three levels. In the following order: artifacts, shared values, and basic assumptions.
