Cuentan con un terreno ubicado en el cantón San Jacinto de Yaguachi, actualmente ellos están instalados en el club La Herradura, pero no carecen de los equipamientos e instalaciones necesarias para cumplir las funciones requeridas. No cuentan con la capacidad de abarcar la cantidad de caballos que aspiran tener, adicional se requiere brindar el servicio terapéutico a beneficio de las personas del cantón y sectores aledaños. Por esto parte la problemática de generar un nuevo centro ecuestre. El presente proyecto de titulación se plantea para darle solución a la problemática planteada, diseñando un centro ecuestre, donde puedan desarrollar las actividades recreativas, deportivas y terapéuticas. Aclarando que el club será exclusivamente para los miembros de la policía nacional de la Unidad de Equitación y Remonta. Sin embargo, el servicio terapéutico será a beneficio de la sociedad que lo requiera. Por esta razón se clasifica la parte social como área privada para beneficio de los policías y la zona terapéutica como área pública. El club contiene bloques de habitaciones de tipo individual y doble para alojamiento del personal y lodges para recibir a familiares de alto rango. Cada espacios son diseñados y basados en criterios y normativas para personas con discapacidades para incluir accesos universales. También se aplica criterios de biofilia para generar experiencia sensorial.The unit of the National Police of Ecuador requires a new physical space where they can develop their mounted police activities. They have a piece of land located in the San Jacinto de Yaguachi canton, they are currently installed in the La Herradura club, but they do not have the necessary equipment and facilities to fulfill the required functions. They do not have the capacity to have the number of horses they aspire to have in addition, they need to provide therapeutic services for the benefit of the inhabitants of the canton and surrounding areas. Hence the problem of creating a new equestrian center. The present degree project proposes to solve this problem, designing an equestrian center, where recreational, sports and therapeutic activities can be developed. Clarifying that the club will be exclusively for members of the national police of the Riding and Riding Unit. However, the therapeutic service will be for the benefit of the society that requires it. For this reason, the social part is classified as a private area for the benefit of police officers and the therapeutic area as a public area. The club has blocks of single and double rooms for the accommodation of personnel and lodges to receive high-ranking family members. Each space is designed and based on criteria and regulations for people with disabilities to include universal access.
