| spelling | Evaluación de una red IPTV de streaming en tiempo real mediante entornos simulados.Alcívar Ramírez, Peter StevenTECNOLOGÍA DE LAS TELECOMUNICACIONESNORMATIVASIPTVDELAYEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.El presente trabajo de investigación pretende evaluar los servicios de IPTV mediante la exploración de sus características fundamentales, permitiendo así comparar los servicios IPTV de empresas proveedoras y establecer ciertos criterios en base a las normativas técnicas establecidas que facilitan el funcionamiento eficiente de la red sin verse afectados sus parámetros de calidad de servicio a nivel de la red, como la pérdida de paquetes, ancho de banda, Delay y el Jitter a la hora de entregar el servicio al usuario final. La evaluación realizada a los servicios de red IPTV, permitió conocer qué parámetros son importantes a considerar a la hora de desplegar una red IPTV, que mediante un modelo simulado a través de plataformas como Opnet Modeler, GNS3 y WireShark para la captura de tráfico, establece consideraciones a tener en cuenta para un óptimo desempeño basado en las normativas diseñadas por la Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Los resultados indicaron cómo el tráfico llega al usuario atravesando la red propuesta mediante Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) y los fundamentos de multicast donde los parámetros fueron comparados con el desempeño otorgado por los proveedores de servicio en base a los Request for Comment (RFC).This research work aims to evaluate IPTV services by exploring their fundamental characteristics, thus allowing to compare the IPTV services of provider companies and establish certain criteria based on the established technical regulations that facilitate the efficient operation of the network without being affected its quality of service parameters at the network level, such as packet loss, bandwidth, delay and jitter, when delivering the service to the end user. The evaluation carried out to the IPTV network services, allowed to know what parameters are important to consider when deploying an IPTV network, which, through a simulated model through platforms such as Opnet Modeler, GNS3 and Wireshark for traffic capture, establishes Considerations to take into account for optimal performance based on the regulations designed by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). The results indicated how the traffic reaches the user crossing the proposed network through Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) and the fundamentals of Multicast where the parameters were compared with the performance granted by the service providers based on the Request for Comment (RFC).Universidad de Guayaquil.
