El cantón Daule es considerado la cuarta ciudad más grande y poblada de la provincia del Guayas con un crecimiento descontrolado del área urbana. A continuación, desarrollamos la metodología de Desarrollo Económico Territorial aplicada a uno de los sectores del cantón Daule, donde se realizan varios análisis articulados con los actores involucrados y se proponen planes de mejoramiento paisajístico concebidos bajo un enfoque sistémico.
