| spelling | Propuesta para el mejoramiento de calidad aplicando la técnica 5S en la Empresa Acerum S.A.Zambrano Paguay, Robin AlexisSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNPROPUESTA DE MEJORAMIENTOTÉCNICA 5SEMPRESA DE CALIDADEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.En el estudio de mejoramiento de productividad y rentabilidad en la Empresa ACERUM S.A., en base al diseño de un modelo de calidad aplicando la técnica 5s en los procesos productivos herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, tiene como proceso determinar los desperdicios y tiempos muertos que no agregan valor y así adaptarse a las exigencias del mercado para la determinación de los problemas de la empresa se realizaron inspecciones visuales, se analizaron los procesos mediantes sus indicadores y utilizando el diagrama de ISHIKAWA para poder observar con mayor claridad la causa y el efecto de estos inconvenientes, reuniendo la información necesaria para elaborar el diagrama de PARETO, el cual nos ayudó definir el problema luego de este estudio se procedió a realizar el análisis FODA para determinar las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas obteniendo el principal problema la desorganización de la planta, la propuesta para la empresa deberá realizar una inversión de $ 1912 (costos totales de la propuesta de solución), lo cual significa un beneficio neto $2888 y obteniendo un costo beneficio de $ 2,51 lo que significa la propuesta es factible. Si conocemos que la productividad encamina al mejoramiento continuo, la aplicación del presente estudio que contiene una apropiada metodología y propuestas que permiten alcanzar la calidad.In the study of productivity and profitability improvement in the company ACERUM SA, based on the design of a quality model applying the 5s technique in the productive processes Lean Manufacturing tools, has as a process to determine wastes and dead times that do not add Value and thus to adapt to the market requirements for the determination of the company's problems, visual inspections were carried out, the processes were analyzed through their indicators and using the ISHIKAWA diagram to be able to observe more clearly the cause and effect of these drawbacks, gathering the necessary information to elaborate the PARETO diagram, which helped to define the problem, after this study was carried out the SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats obtaining the main problem the disorganization of the plant, The proposal for the company must make an investment of $ 1912 (total costs of the proposal of solution), which means a net profit $ 2888 and obtaining a cost benefit of $ 2.51 which means that the proposal is feasible.
