| spelling | Estudio y diseño de urbanizacion ecosustentable de interes social Nobol , 2016Andrade Catagua, Sergio GeovannyVIVIENDA ECOSUSTENTABLEURBANIZACIÓNpdfEl presente trabajo tiene el propósito de investigar los problemas de hábitat de las familias del cantón Nobol, en relación a los espacios de sus viviendas; medir el grado de conocimiento que los habitantes tienen sobre la eco-sustentabilidad. Y los materiales mayormente aplicables en las viviendas del lugar. A partir de esto de tomarán las decisiones para el diseño de una urbanización eco-sustentable de interés social, que apunte a reducir el porcentaje de déficit de vivienda. Para el levantamiento de información se aplicó las técnicas de encuesta-muestreo, para lo cual se diseñó la ficha de entrevistas. Posteriormente, mediante la tabulación de los resultados se diseñaron los cuadros y gráficos estadísticos en donde se evidencia los problemas espaciales que los miembros de la familia tienen. Respecto al material aplicado en las viviendas de Nobol en su mayoría son el hormigón armado, paredes de bloques combinados con la madera el algún rubro constructivo. La propuesta de eco-sustentabilidad de la vivienda fue aceptada por los encuestados, siendo así un porcentaje mayoritario de familias que les gustaría vivir en una vivienda de estas características.The present work has the purpose of investigating the problems of the habitat of the families of the canton Nobol, in relation to the spaces of their houses; Measure the degree of knowledge that the inhabitants have about eco-sustainability. And the materials most applicable in the dwellings of the place. From this they will make the decisions for the design of an eco-sustainable urbanization of social interest, aiming to reduce the percentage of housing deficit. For the collection of information, the Survey-Sampling techniques were applied, for which the Interviews Later, by tabulating the results, the statistical tables and graphs were designed to show the spatial problems that family members have. Regarding the material mostly applied in the homes of Nobol are reinforced concrete, walls of blocks combined with wood the some constructive item.
