La investigación consta de cuatro capítulos, posee un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo. Dicha información recolectada se obtuvo a través del Banco Central del Ecuador del sector real de la economía, Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas y Censo (INEC), Sistema de Indicadores Sociales del Ecuador (SIISE), Encuesta Nacional de Empleo, Desempleo y Subempleo (ENEMDU), Organización de Naciones Unidas (ONU), analizando de tal manera la tendencia de la evolución de la calidad del empleo en el periodo que se está estudiandoThe main purpose of this titling work is to analyze unemployment and its relation to poverty in Ecuador, which leads to an analysis of the evolution of workers' living conditions and the main indicators that influence the population in order to get a decent and adequate job that can meet the needs and improve the quality of life of people. The research consists of four chapters, has a quantitative approach of descriptive type.
