No se trata de probar o de medir en qué grado una cierta cualidad se encuentra en un cierto acontecimiento dado, sino de descubrir tantas cualidades como sea posible; instrumento utilizado: manual didáctico que contiene una serie de talleres prácticos para saber cómo organizar un proyecto de vida, descubrir y/o fortalecer su vocación, conocer las diferentes facultades que tiene la universidad; la técnica los talleres y conferencias ofrecidas a los usuarios. La importancia del proyecto recae en que permita a los adolescentes aprovechar todos los recursos ofrecidos y lleguen a las metas establecidas, el mismo les permitió identificar sus recursos personológicos y debilidades, trabajando en ellas para mejorar. Lev Vigotsky (Rusia, 1896-1934) sostenía que los niños desarrollan su aprendizaje mediante la interacción social: van iv adquiriendo nuevas y mejores habilidades cognoscitivas como proceso lógico de su inmersión a un modo de vidaThe present systematization about experiences is based in the development of workshops, It is "construction of the life project and vocational guidance directed to the adolescents of the rural parish of Chongón"; the project "University of children" was possible through the link between the Guayaquil University and the Holcin company; the activity consisted in guiding a group of students, chosen for this project, which sought to develop subjects interested in the university career that suits their skills; The methodology used was the qualitative one that has the objective of describing the qualities of a phenomenon. It is not a question of trying or of measuring to what degree a certain quality is found in a given event, but of discovering as many qualities as possible; instrument used: a didactic manual containing a series of practical workshops to know how to organize a life project, to discover and strengthen their vocation, to know the different faculties that the university has; the technique the workshops and conferences offered to the users. The importance of the project is that it allows adolescents to take advantage of all the resources offered and reach the established goals, which allowed them to identify their personal resources and weaknesses, working on them to improve.
