| spelling | IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE SUITE DE COLABORACIÓN DE ASISTENCIA DE CONSULTORIOS MÉDICOS INTEGRADO A LA HISTORIA CLÍNICA VIRTUAL.Soledispa Reyes, Monserrate FilomenaHISTORIAS CLÍNICASORDENES DE EXÁMENESAGENDAR CITASRECETAFACTURACIÓNAdobeAnte la demanda de personas que se atienden en los diversos consultorios de Guayaquil, se optó por realizar un sistema que ayude a automatizar ciertos procesos que se desarrollaban manualmente como es el manejo de la agenda del doctor, ingreso de datos personales de los pacientes, historia clínica, emisión de receta y ordenes de exámenes, ante esta situación y los inconvenientes que se presentaban al no encontrar los expedientes clínicos, los pacientes llegaban en horarios no citados, lo cual les causaba molestias, entre otras situaciones, es por este motivo que se creó esta aplicación, la cual ayudará a que puedan agendar sus citas en horarios flexibles tanto el doctor como el paciente, el uso de historias clínicas que contengan en orden toda la información concerniente a los antecedentes patológicos, signos vitales, promedio de riesgo cardiovascular, medicamentos recetados y exámenes emitidos. Para el desarrollo e implementación de esta aplicación se han utilizado software y herramientas Open Source como lo son MySql 5.1 como motor de base de datos, Netbeans 7.2 como herramienta de desarrollo y Jaspersoft iReport Designer 5.0.4 para emitir los reportes de la receta y exámenes. Las herramientas antes mencionadas permitirán que el software pueda ser implementado y de esta manera va a ser de gran ayuda para la comunidad y sociedad que va en aumento según reportan los informes estadísticos; cuyos resultados nos permitirán analizar el índice de inconvenientes que se presentan en el consultorio. Al concluir el proyecto y haber analizado su viabilidad y aprobación se llegó a deducir que la aplicación es de mucho apoyo, al momento de poder agilizar procesos que demandaban mucho tiempo y así lograr optimizarlos.Given the demand for people who serve in the various offices of Guayaquil, we chose to make a system that helps to automate certain processes that were developed manually as is the management of the agenda of the doctor, entering patients' personal data, history clinical issue of prescription and test orders, in this situation and the problems that were presented to find no medical records, patients arriving during non cited, causing them discomfort, among other situations, it is for this reason that created this application, which will help you to schedule your appointments at flexible times both the doctor and the patient, the use of medical records in order to contain all the information concerning the medical history, vital signs, cardiovascular risk score, medications examinations prescribed and issued.
