En este trabajo se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual del centro patrimonial , un estudio del sitio de los diferentes modos de movilidad, así como un inventario de árboles existentes que incluye una clasificación de árboles milenarios introducidos y su estado actual, y finalmente la ubicación de las pocas casas que han sido conservadas por sus dueños y con consideradas como patrimoniales. Estas fueron fundadas desde la independencia, que están ubicadas en el casco central desde la calle Simón Bolívar, Colón, Sucre y Nueve de Octubre, señalando que estas calles son de congestión vehicular, peatonal y de gran movimiento comercial formal e informal, como etapa de observación; para la recolección de datos, realizaron encuestas preferiblemente a adultos que aún se encuentran visitando el parque Central de este cantón. El objetivo es proponer lineamientos de rehabilitación paisajística para el mejoramiento de los espacios públicos y paisajes urbano, en el que exista un entorno acompañado de la naturaleza en sinergia con el desarrollo cotidiano del ser humano para establecer nuevas y restauradas actividades que sean agradables, funcionales y saludables para los habitantes y el medio ambiente. La propuesta de lineamientos para la rehabilitación paisajística apuntará en 4f calles consideradas críticas, donde se dará solución para generar cambios positivos y que estos sean replicables en otros lugares o calles aledañas renovando área perdida y degradadas de estos entornos urbanos.The rapid urban growth, the lack of green spaces and the neglect of the landscape of the Jipijapa canton in Manabí due to its constant dichotomy in its commercial activities and service of small and large companies caused a change in its colonial architecture and natural landscape, this has deteriorated Physically, economically and environmentally, the dynamics of land use due to the different commercial activities that little by little are transforming the historical cultural landscape of what was Jipijapa. In this work, a diagnosis of the current state of the heritage center was carried out, a study of the site of the different modes of mobility, as well as an inventory of existing trees that includes a classification of introduced ancient trees and their current state, and finally the location of the few houses that have been conserved by their owners and are considered patrimonial. The objective is to propose landscape rehabilitation guidelines for the improvement of public spaces and urban landscapes, in which there is an environment accompanied by nature in synergy with the daily development of the human being to establish new and restored activities that are pleasant, functional and healthy for the inhabitants and the environment.
