Se propone la elaboración de la herramienta que es necesaria que ejecutará cada uno de los procesos, como el Reclutamiento, Selección, Inducción, Capacitación y Plan de Carrera, el desarrollo del mismo se lo efectúa en dos módulos, en el primero se pude observar Reclutamiento y Selección y en el segundo Inducción, Capacitación y Plan de Carrera, esto se lleva a cabo en Java con Framework ZK y base de datos Oracle 11g. La herramienta permite adquirir competencias laborales en su organización, con la finalidad de incorporar dentro de sus procesos a personal altamente idóneo, con perfiles orientados a revalorizar el desempeño eficaz y eficiente en la ejecución de sus labores. Dejando claro que se deben ejecutar evaluaciones de desempeño periódicas para medir el conocimiento de todo el personal que labora en Plastichime S.A.Plastichime SA is the need to define, design and implement an administrative tool to facilitate and improve the management of the people who work there. The development of the tool that is needed to run each of the processes, such as recruitment, selection, induction, training and career plan, its development is what takes place in two modules, the first proposed I observed Recruitment and the second selection and induction, Training and Career Plan, this is done in Java with ZK Framework and Oracle Database 11g. The tool allows to acquire job skills in your organization, in order to incorporate into their processes to highly skilled personnel, oriented to revalue the effective and efficient implementation performance of their duties profiles.
