إضافة وسم | الملخص: | El presente estudio permitirá explorar la iniciativa de nuevos emprendimientos surgidos en pandemia del COVID-19 en los años 2020 a 2021, emergidos en respuesta al declive de la economía, el desempleo, las medidas preventivas para disminuir contagio, la crisis social a nivel nacional. Este estudio permitirá conocer los factores que contribuyeron a la generación de nuevos emprendimientos de productos o servicios en el sector de Samanes al noroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil, así como sus logros, estrategias utilizadas y mecanismo de ayuda externas. Desde el análisis de Bauman los nuevos lideres o gestores del emprendimiento son parte de la comunidad moderna que, en momentos de dificultad y presión social, realizan autoconciencia y toman el riesgo hacia el exterior para crear y cubrir sus necesidades para garantizar su subsistencia en medio de la comunidad. Los resultados del estudio presentan logros, dificultades, las principales acciones, los mecanismos de ayuda recibidos por las instituciones públicas o privadas, experiencias que contribuyeron al proceso de emprender para alcanzar sostenibilidad. This study will allow exploring the initiative of new ventures that emerged in the COVID-19 pandemic in the years 2020 to 2021, emerged in response to the decline of the economy, unemployment, preventive measures to reduce contagion, the social crisis at the national level. This study will allow knowing the factors that contributed to the generation of new product or service ventures in the Samanes sector in the northwest of the city of Guayaquil, as well as its achievements, strategies used and external aid mechanism. From Bauman's analysis, the new leaders or managers of entrepreneurship are part of the modern community that, in times of difficulty and social pressure, realize self- awareness and take risks abroad to create and cover their needs to guarantee their subsistence in the midst of community. The results of the study present achievements, difficulties, the main actions, the aid mechanisms received by public or private institutions, experiences that contributed to the process of undertaking to achieve sustainability. |
