De ese modo el Talento Humano se convirtió en el activo más valioso que posee una organización. La gestión por competencias adquirió entonces importancia en aquellas organizaciones que se visualizaron el aprendizaje individual y colectivo como una lineamiento estratégico para su desarrollo, en una vía interna para profundizar el trabajo y generar oportunidades de desarrollo personal y en una vía externa para diferenciarse en los mercados, por lo tanto se definió como una variable que ha apalancado el logro de todo el Direccionamiento estratégico que se traza la organización. Se diseñó un manual para identificar y fortalecer las competencias organizacionales y de gestión de los colaboradores de Industrias Lácteas Toni S. A. El manual de competencia que se esbozó en esta investigación permitió identificar, analizar e implementar un ciclo de gestión del talento humano que se desarrolló de manera coherente con la estrategia de la organización, evaluando e identificando las competencias requeridas para el Talento HumanoDESIGN SKILLS MANUAL FOR TONI SA DAIRY INDUSTRY In the knowledge of área and determining the differentiating element in organizational competitiveness, which constituted the people who formed work teams in organizations. There by Talent became the most valuable asset an organization has. Competency management then became important for organizations that individual and collective learning is visualized as a strategic guideline for development, in an internal way for further work and generate opportunities for personal development and a way to differentiate into external markets therefore it defined as a variable achieving leveraged around the strategic Management trace the organization. A manual was designed to strengthen organizational and managerial skills of employees Toni Dairy Industries sa.
