En esta investigación se utilizó varios procesos metodológicos que permiten llegar a los resultados o a una toma de decisiones, dentro de este proceso también se tomó en cuenta el análisis de los estados e índices financieros. Finalmente se ofrece un manual de estrategias que permitan aumentar la rentabilidad además de ciertas recomendaciones, como utilizar o hacer más énfasis en el análisis FODA, y que como empresa conozcan sus fortalezas y debilidades ante la competencia del día a día, cabe recalcar que este trabajo investigativo tiene de como objetivo particular llegar al incremento rentable y evitar más perdidas de las que se han venido suscitando.This study is aimed at proposing financial strategies to increase the profitability of the Diprosamedic SA business, the problem that exists within this entity is that they do not have the respective inventory control or the respective monitoring of the portfolio, that is, of the accounts for charge, causing profitable instability. In this research, several methodological processes were used that allow reaching the results or making decisions, within this process the analysis of the financial statements and indices was also taken into account.
